If you are doing something that is all elastic up top (like the Ellie), a small will likely work... otherwise I would say a medium! It sounds like we are around the same size and I do a medium in all but the Ellie :)
I love the eadam lip stuff too and also, it’s a Woc Brand. I, too, missed Hampton and was so bummed when I went to get my HLC 🕯️. I can’t wait to hear what you think of Capri, it’s my go to summer candle. ☺️
