I keep a post it on my fridge with a high level inventory of what’s on my freezer! It ensures I don’t over shop and start planning meals with what I have first.
Even though I work from home, I try to set my outfit out the night before. This is usually a pair of loungewear like Vuori joggers, tee, and shacket.
I keep a list of my AM and PM routines in my Reminders app. This is separate from my task list. I know it’s complicated. AM includes peloton meditation, taking my meds, skin care, making the bed, etc. PM includes basically the same plus a few items.
Like you, I also opt for Hungryroot or grocery delivery when we return from travel so that we’re prepared for the week.
My Roborock (robot vacuum) runs every other day! I still love my Dyson but it brings me so much joy to know that I’ve automated this. I don’t beat myself up when I’m not on top of cleaning.
I also fill my large water bottle up with ice the night before so I start the next day with a full water bottle.
I'm a big email scheduler for exactly the same reason! I tend to respond to my emails really early in the morning and I would feel bad if someone woke up to them and felt a sense of urgency right at the start of their day. It's such a handy tool!
And I love the tip of only doing Amazon orders one day a week to curb spending!
These are really great tips! I especially love the idea of making a reservation ahead of time at a local restaurant, this would also help get my introverted, homebody self out and about more often : )
I do a bunch listed (groceries delivered to arrive at the end of vacation, ordering an Uber/lyft in advance.) I also keep a slack channel where I message myself articles and my notes which makes my newsletter easier to write later. I do the same for work - message myself reminders and notes.
I love this list! I've been thinking recently about the habits that are working for me and those that aren't, and which I need to adjust to improve my life (and those around me). I need to do the email scheduler!
If you ever need a driver, I do private rides from LAX to anywhere in LA pretty much. I have a lot of women clients because they don’t feel safe taking the shuttle to the station late at night.
If more people used an email scheduler to send during business hours, the world would be a better place!!
I realized that every time I see you have a new Substack to share, I smile. Thank you for making this available for all of us to read. Happy Friday.

Scheduling Ubers and emails are something I do too! The best.
I have a book recommendation: The Life Brief by Bonnie Wan. Life changing.
