I used to think I did.

The Oscars always get me thinking about fame. Not minor internet fame, or being, say, a well-known author or fashion designer . . . but real, actual celebrity—the kind where you can’t step outside without being recognized. Kate Middleton, Kim Kardashian, Demi Moore-at-the-Academy Awards kind of celebrity.
