The Saturday Group Text, #113
The prettiest bath soak, my favorite Swedish candy, a jewelry favorite, studded clogs, good sales, TV recs, and more!

Hello, hello!
My last Weekend Reading of the year is up on The Stripe. It’s a good list. “What I wish I knew when I was younger.” Winter’s most anticipated books. The rise of dinner parties and “forced fun.” The best places to eat in 2026. A few good home tours to ogle. How to feel less lonely over the holidays. The viral beauty products that took over TikTok. Is there a right order for applying makeup? A super organized way to outfit plan. Plus the usual shopping finds, recipes, and more. Enjoy.

Esker’s new Bubble Soak is everything I want. I found out about it long after my gift guides were finished, but if I hadn’t, it would have been a top gift pick. A deeply relaxing, wonderful-smelling bath—packaged in the most gorgeous ceramic amphora vessel (I am picky about these things, and it looks so beautiful on my bathroom counter). It smells of eucalyptus, softens the skin, and is just heavenly! Now, I just hope they will sell refills as I have been using it with a heavy hand. I wish every bath brand paid this much attention to the packaging! For extra credit, add a little of my favorite bath oil, or two of these!
There are so many things I miss about New York: my friends, the holiday season, the museums, the restaurants, the shopping, the professional opportunities—I could go on. But top of the list is BonBon! I have so many fond memories of wandering in after dinner, buying their Swedish candy for a stressed or sad friend . . . nothing is better! I am so grateful that they ship. I ordered several boxes. Some for me, some for friends, and they’ve been one of my most happily received hostess gifts. It’s been an absolute joy to give it to friends down here, as they are always just like “what IS this, holy sh*t it’s good!” Personal favorites: the jelly/marshmallow mix, the sour wild strawberry fish, the sweet and sour mix!
Alexis Bittar
This is an Alexis Bittar appreciation post, as I was going through my jewelry box earlier in the week, thinking about how great their jewelry is. I got this funky wave ring a few months ago and reach for it whenever my outfit feels like it needs a little something extra. My latest acquisition (I say this like it’s art, ha—it is!) is this pair of crystal double drop earrings. The pavé is fantastic. Other things I love? These sculptural drops, these long earrings, this super cool ring.
I checked, and my code still works! GRACE20 if you want to treat yourself!
Rothy’s Studded Clog
You probably know by now how much I love my Rothy’s clogs, but up until now, they have always been more of a house shoe than anything else. The new studded version changes things. I have the cinnamon (above) on its way to me and look forward to knocking around town wearing these, jeans, and good socks.
Anthropologie: Take $50 off $150, $100 off $300, or $150 off $500! Ends 12/21. Applies to regular and sale items!
Boden: Take up to 50% off!
Bose: Lots of holiday deals, including $160 off my fave noise-cancelling headphones.
Madewell: take 40% off your order, plus get discounted overnight shipping through 12/21! Some picks: this crossbody, this shirt, these jeans, this felt hat, these Khaite-esque ankle boots.
Me+Em never does sales, but they’re doing a big one! Personal faves: this contrast cardigan, this oversized button-down, this super pretty blouse.
Veronica Beard is running a big shoe sale.
We chatted about Emily in Paris in yesterday’s send but did I watch the whole season? All ten episodes? Sure did. Gobbled it up like candy.
I also watched all six episodes of Little Disasters (Paramount+), a mini-series starring Diane Kruger (I’ve always loved her!). Kruger plays “the perfect mother,” until she brings her baby into the ER with a traumatic head injury. The doctor happens to be her good friend, and when she’s unable to explain how her baby was injured, social services are called. A ripple effect occurs within their friend group. I couldn’t stop watching! It’s tense and stressful but really well done.
Shopbop Hearts are up to date. Loads of pretty things for winter.
Donni’s second holiday drop is really strong! I love the jackets (taffeta, quilted), but what I think I’ll wear most is this waffle pullover.
Tuckernuck dropped a pretty fab resort lookbook. My picks: this sheer lace white coverup, this seashell mini, this Thierry Colson lookalike.
ICYMI - I am adding a little extra content beyond the paywall each week.
