The Home Collab You Need to Know
Pierce & Ward + West Elm: a mid-century design and vintage lover’s dream!
When West Elm approached me about working together on a feature for their new collaboration with Pierce & Ward, it was an instant yes. West Elm has been a long-time partner and is one of my favorite spots for all things home. They also have a knack for choosing elevated female-founded brands to collaborate with (remember last year’s collaboration with Rhode?). Meanwhile, AD 100 designer Pierce & Ward is a longtime design favorite. In decorating my home, I’ve pulled so much swipe from their projects! Louisa Pierce and Emily Ward are two of Hollywood’s most sought-after interior designers to the stars, and I am a massive fan of their luxe and layered mid-century modern aesthetic.
The collaboration features everything I love for home: bold color, gorgeous texture, moody hues, lots of burlwood, and vintage-inspired silhouettes. It feels collected and special, the perfect mix of modern and vintage.
As the pieces arrived in my home, I freaked out, one by one. If you follow me on Instagram, many of you have asked about the lamp and the velvet stool. (Those arrived first!). My new console table arrived last week, so it’s finally time to share the pieces and how I have mixed them in with what I already own!
I LOVE my new lamp. I sprung for the pleated shade, which I highly recommend. Many of you have asked about it, so I’m excited to finally share it today.
Armchair, Bowl, Night Stand, Console Table
These burlwood nightstands were at the top of my wish list from the collab, but sadly they wouldn’t work in my space. My bed is fairly low to the ground, and at 18” high, these wouldn’t have worked. But talk about storage (I geek out on storage, living in a smaller home).
Lattice Lumbar Pillow, Square Foliage Pillow, Vase, Burlwood Swivel Stool
This stool was an instant favorite for me. I have gotten so many DMs about it, and friends always ask about it too. It’s a stunner (and available in a bunch of fabrics). Jaime likes it as his perch.
Don’t sleep on the vases from this collection. They’re beautiful and really well priced.
My new lamp, the most gorgeous burlwood vanity, and a patterned ottoman.
I really wanted this burl vanity. If I ever moved to a larger home, I’d love to have a dedicated get ready area with a vanity like this. Isn’t it dreamy? I agonized over this one, trying to figure out a home for it. Alas, I just did not have room!
Two pieces I wish I had a home for: a metal side table + this lacquered buffet!
The details on this console table are so beautiful. It is even more stunning in person; I gasped when it arrived.
The new pillows really liven up my guest room! (large filigree stripes, medium foliage, smaller lumbar pillow)

That stool is the coolest!
Grace, could you talk about the robot desk in the cover photo? Is that west elm or from somewhere else? It's adorable!
