My Substack finally has a name.

Like everything in my life, I've definitely overthought this.

When I started my blog back in 2010, it was called Perfectionist in Rehab. Not a lot of people remember this as the name only lasted a few months.

I can’t find a record of when I changed it (probably because I designed my logo myself in Microsoft Paint) but I did find the below collage (also created in Microsoft Paint, fourteen years ago).
