How I Shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

It's one of the best times to stock up on basics + beauty!

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale preview was released last week, and I can’t wait to shop. I look forward to this sale every year — it's a great time to stock up on basics, gym clothes, and beauty products. This year, I’m also excited about a few other things (hint, hint: jewelry!). You’re likely very familiar with this sale, but the best part is that it features all brand-new styles (a great time to shop for fall), on sale.

As I mentioned, this is my favorite time to shop for basics that rarely go on sale, like these cozy marled Bombas socks or my favorite t-shirt bra, and of course, the beauty deals, which are always a little bit bonkers. This year, I also found quite a bit of jewelry I love—how gorgeous is this lab-grown diamond tennis bracelet?!

I’ve gone through the entire preview in detail and am going to share what I’m most excited about. But first, let's review the key dates!

Public access begins on July 12th, and the sale ends; prices revert to full price on August 4th.

I am, as usual, most excited about the beauty deals. So many of my favorite brands. The big bottle of Augustinus Bader is always a must for me (I get one every year!), as is this Eighth Day set, which is a $200 savings.

As I mentioned above, the jewelry this year is excellent. I’m a big fan of Monica Vinader and she has so many great pieces included. This lab-grown diamond bracelet is particularly incredible. Also, these turquoise + emerald earrings. And these diamond studs!
