A big beauty giveaway, a rough week, a Reddit rabbit hole

We are back with this month’s “unfiltered” post. This one is just for paid subscribers!

In this newsletter:

• First (as always!) I chose one lucky subscriber and will be sending them some happy mail.

• Life lately. It’s been a rocky couple of weeks. A weekend that went very wrong, Norovirus for all, a Reddit rabbit hole. Basically, I’m just over here trying to put myself back together.

Quick refresher: Every month, I choose one paid subscriber (US or Canada-based) and send them a little treat. This month’s is a big box of beauty goodies plus a book I loved—it’s a good one! 

This month’s box is a good one. It contains a few of my absolute favorite products that I had extra of (Sarah Creal’s awesome concealer brush, The Outset’s collagen serum and micellar cleanser, an Athena razor, Crown Affair’s dry shampoo, Megababe’s peachy deodorant), plus goodies from NARS, La Mer, and more. I also included a book that I really loved but accidentally pre-ordered and chose via Book of the Month. Congratulations to Karli Ruth O’Connell—I emailed her last night!
